Browsing and search
This version has no advertising trackers or behavioural analytics. Directory searching happens in your browser after the public search index loads. Search terms and filters appear in the page URL, so they may remain in your browser history or be shared when you copy a link.
The application does not log search terms. Hosting providers may process connection information and request URLs as part of delivering the site. The public site uses Cloudflare to deliver pages and protect the suggestion forms with Turnstile. Cloudflare may process device and connection information for security.
Suggestions and corrections
The forms collect the information you submit so a reviewer can assess a proposed listing or correction. Your name and reply email are optional. Please do not send sensitive personal histories or private group content.
Submissions are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database, accessible to authorised reviewers through Cloudflare. We do not store your IP address or Turnstile token in that inbox. Suggestions do not directly edit or publish directory content.
Keeping information
The review owner checks retention weekly and removes raw submissions and reply details once they have been resolved for 90 days. A minimal decision record without the message or reply details is retained. Deleted data may remain temporarily in Cloudflare recovery backups.
